Playboy Magazine Philippine Edition is scheduled to be launched April 2 at Sofitel Hotel in Pasay City.
But Playboy Philippines editor-in-chief Beting Laygo Dolor quickly clarified that there will be no nudity in the local edition. “It’s a lifestyle magazine for mature, successful men and women,” he says. He added that the magazine will be adjusted to the local culture and sensibilities and that their target market is different from FHM or Maxim.

People in the world are desperately looking for answers:
answers to problems,
answers to difficult questions,
answers to pain and suffering –
everyone wants answers to life’s questions.
But so many people
look for right answers
in all the wrong places:
psychics,
mediums,
weegie boards,
star charts,
spiritists,
astrological signs,
and other similar places.
Sadly,
some of the most visited sites
on the Internet contain popular horoscopes.
However,
God sternly warns
His people not to turn
to such things.
In Leviticus 19:31,
God tells us,
“Do not turn to mediums or seek out spiritists, for you will be defiled by them.”
Only a few verses later,
He again warns:
“I will set my face against the person who turns to mediums and spiritists to prostitute himself by following them, and I will cut him off from his people” (Leviticus 20:6).
The Bible instructs us not to turn
to worldly things for answers.
Instead,
we are to turn to
Jesus,
who is the way and the truth and the life (John 14:6).
Jesus is not one of the ways;
He is the way.
You will get real answers to life’s difficult questions only from God.
So, instead of spending
$3.99 per minute
looking for right answers in wrong places,
turn to the all-knowing God,
himself,
the creator of the universe!

Church works and religious acts do not replace spending personal time with God.
Have you ever found yourself so busy working for God that you neglect to spend time with God?
It can be easy to be deceived
into thinking that
doing religious works
is just as good as
spending personal time with
God.
However,
you will not grow spiritually
if you don’t spend time with
God.
Good works will not get you into Heaven; you must have a personal relationship with Jesus.
In
Matthew 7:22-23,
Jesus said,
concerning Judgement Day,
“Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’”
Those people thought
that because they did good things
in the name of Jesus
they could get into Heaven.
Instead,
Jesus surprised them by saying,
“I never knew you.”
Therefore,
don’t get so caught up
in your good works
that you forget to
know God.
Make it your goal to
seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well
(Matthew 6:33).
If all of your good works
have made you so busy
that you don’t spend any time
with God,
then those good works
have become bad works,
because they are
replacing your time with
God.
Shalom!!!!!
God Bless!!!!!!!!!!!!
J E S U S Reigns Forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last December 1 and 2, 2007, the graduates of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing took the licensure examination (board examination) in different PRC – Nurse Testing centers. I know that all of the examinees studied and reviewed their lessons. But even if how hard they work for this examination, only few of them will pass.I know, if you are one of these examinees, you are very much eager to pass the exam. But we can’t really tell the time on what will happen. There are times that you think you are already prepared, but in the end you’ll realize that you failed to pass. But, there are few of the examinees who knew already that how hard is the exam, they can still pass it. Why? Because they are already equipped with the things they need to pass the exam. These are the things that you should consider if you want to pass any of the examination:
Knowledge on the subjects included on the examination
All of the subjects you took as you studied your course were all included on the exam. Some of the subjects are not related to your course but they are indirectly included on the exam, in the sense that they serve as your foundation.
For example, if you’re a nursing student, you undergone training on English communication, writing and other information. But if you’ll take up a Licensure examination for Nurses, the subjects included on the exam are all related to nursing and nurses not on English language. But, the questions and instructions on the questionnaire are all written in English. Now, if you didn’t study English then how can you answer the questions asked on that exam?
What I really mean is, you need to start working hard for your profession from the start of your college days up to the day you graduate. Your time should be utilized in acquiring the knowledge and skills needed for the profession you chose. And don’t ever disregard your minor subjects. Even if those subjects are not related to your course but they are important for you to easily acquire the knowledge and skills that are related to your course.
But how about those who graduated the course but seems to be disregarded most of their subjects in college? Well, I’m sure they will find the Licensure Examination hard. However, they can still cope up if they will work hard, and if possible triple their effort during their review and refresher classes.
Physical condition
There tons of examinees who were already prepared to take up the licensure examination for their profession or what ever exam they want to take up but still failed to pass the exam.
Why did this happen?
Okay. You should not forget also that your physical condition affects you as you take an examination. If you are suffering illness, you will hardly remember the things you learned from your studies. You can’t even understand what you are reading on the questionnaire. And you can’t even survive sitting inside the testing center longer.
In other words, you need to maintain your physical good condition so that you brain will function at its maximum. And this can be done by regularly exercising, eating balance diet and taking enough rest.
The way you fill-up the answer sheet
Now, what if you already have the knowledge and physical good condition but you don’t have the skill in filling-up the answer sheet? You will still fail to pass the exam. Remember that the PRC use computers or computerized machines in checking the answer sheets. If you failed to fill-up the answer sheet according to the machines’ standard, these machines will consider your answers wrong even if the answers are right. You can’t disregard the fact that in order to pass the exam, you need to have not only the knowledge of the subjects and your physical good condition, but also the skill in filling up the answer sheets.
If you got these 3 important things as you took up a licensure examination for your profession, then I’m sure you’ll pass.

Have you seen the new Pringles in the supermarket? It’s cheaper and the can is smaller because it contains less chips, 120g to be exact compared to the old Pringles which is 163g.
This new Pringles is being produced and packed in a factory in Johor, Malaysia and it tastes like sh*t compared to the Pringles made in the USA. It has lost its taste. I like the American-made Pringles, because it’s thin and crunchy. The Malaysian version is thicker and mealy and it tastes like flour (like the Mr. Potato brand). I had 3 chips and I didn’t touch the damn thing again.
Apparently, Procter & Gamble officially entered the Malaysia market via the acquisition of Richardson Vicks. So expect cheaper but low-quality Olay, Rejoice, Pantene, Head & Shoulders, even Downy and Pampers products in the market soon.
Supermarkets are currently replacing their stocks of American Pringles with the yucky Malaysian ones. I suggest you don’t buy them. They’re not cheap. It seems like it, but you’re actually paying for lesser weight, lesser flavor, and low-grade potato chips. The American Pringles is more expensive by 18pesos. BUT they taste better. I’d rather pay extra 18pesos and enjoy my Pringles than pay for garbage.
Calling Procter and Gamble Philippines, please stop importing the Malaysian Pringles, we hate it.

I just did it again…my creatively imaginative mind did it again… and its hard to control it… and Im overwhelmed… i just did recalled my past experiences and this part of my recollection was the longest part… Here it goes… theres this one person I know, she always sends nice messages several times each day and of course there’s nothing wrong with it. I just thought that she’s nice just like her nice messages. But until such time that she revealed her personality and its a LOT different from her messages. I liked the messages but I didn’t like her personality, a lot of others didn’t like her. and i think this things happened because of what she did especially to my mom and brother… It was a CRAZY thing… It just shows that ACTION reflects ones personality… A personality that may or may not be seen or felt and a personality that rooted from real expression of self or false representation of self, no one knows but TIME and DESTINY can reveal the TRUTH! And SHE, a friend I thought as TRUE is just a person pretending to be TRUE FRIEND… A Person I shared my life…. A life that taught me beautiful things which made me a better and stronger person… A SON WHO WILL FIGHT FOR HIS FAMILY!… A BETTER ME!! Thank you “someone” for sharing and revealing your real self to me and for making me open my eyes to see that your never worth a friend for me.
At about 1am, I realized that I need to get some sleep , time to stop reminiscing those moments and go back to reality. And I also put into my mind that “what’s important is Here and Now, forget the past, move on and move forward whatever it takes…
Still about 1am, just before I close my eyes… Another unexpected thing happened, I again remembered things which made me realize that I am precious, special, and Loved! And that Life is beautiful when you know how to appreciate things… and that SMALL things are the ones that really make us continue our travel through life.
here it goes… Just when everything bad happens like what I just shared from previous paragraph… DON’T LOSE HOPE… Remember that the ONLY ONEs WHO can help us is GOD and our FAMILY. Yeah, its a nice feeling to know that your being cared and loved by many.
There are habits and people that would hinder us from achieving success. Leran from them… then Discard them… One thing Ive learned in life is that things change, people change too. No use hanging on to the past. Just BE WITH GOD, BE WITH YOUR FAMILTY, BE YOURSELF, and surely a GREAT STORY will be YOURS to TREASURE forever!
From every wound there is a scar, and every scar tells a story. A story that says, I am fighting worthwhile!
